SALLYPORT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS

  • In Qatar, Sallyport provides mission-essential ground transportation support to over 10,000 joint-combined and allied-service members assigned to and transitioning through Al Udeid Air Base. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Operations and Maintenance Division supplies: aircrew ground transportation, base shuttle-bus service, rotational passenger bus support, Doha International Airport shuttle, on/off-base distinguished visitor transportation services, tractor-trailer, material handling, and disabled vehicle recovery services.

  • In Qatar, Sallyport provides comprehensive fleet management and vehicle operations & maintenance services to 379 Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron at Al Udeid Airbase. The vehicle management staff provide daily vehicle support to the base, and manage around 200 vehicles; from specialist fire trucks, to up-Armored HMMWVs, SUVs, vans, multi-stops, buses, ambulances, trailers, and various cargo trucks.
  • In Kyrgyzstan, Sallyport provides integrated operations and maintenance personnel for a US Air Force Squadron known as the 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron. The Operations and Maintenance Division teams undertake all the HVAC, Electrical, Utilities, Heavy Equipment, Entomology and Liquid Fuels Maintenance duties for the airbase, and have performed many thousands of Job Orders in the past years.

  • In Iraq, Sallyport provided operations and maintenance, and other services, for the Louis Berger Group in support of various USAID development and vocational projects. It procured and secured significant amounts of buildings in several areas, in order to support the requirements of USAID’s projects. Since then Sallyport has provided a large range of services, such as: fuel, power, vehicle maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and grounds-keeping services, all MWR facilities, and conducted tens of thousands of security missions.
  • In Iraq, Sallyport has constructed a joint training facility, for the US Army, next to the British base in Basra, and managed all aspects of the base operations and maintenance. It provided complete life-support, medical, fire support and security solution for a Iraqi Ministry of Interior training camp responsible for training police and border enforcement personnel.
  • In Iraq, Sallyport provided all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and logistics support for airfield sweeper operations and management of airfield sweeper services at Joint Base Balad. Airfield sweeper services include: foreign object debris removal & prevention, dust abatement and mud removal.
