SALLYPORT CATERING AND HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS

  • In Iraq, Sallyport currently provides all of the catering and hospitality services for AECOM International Development, under their World Bank Institutional Development & Private Sector Support. It also provides commercial clients, such as Pepsi Co, with full catering and recreational facilities, at their bottling plant in Baghdad.
  • In South Sudan, Sallyport’s Juba compound provides secure, comfortable billeting for numerous clients, including: CNN, SkyNews, Eurovision, AECOM, United Nations-Heli Air Pilots, and Arkel International. Sallyport also regularly caters to the Norwegian Consulate, the British Consulate, MSI, the Government of South Sudan and other Non-Government Organizations such as GOAL and Doctors without Borders (MSF).
  • In South Sudan, under a United Nations Development Programme, Sallyport procured and facilitated a daily delivery of food for 850 trainee prison officers, at the tented Lologo Prisons Training Centre near Juba; a challenging logistical exercise in a hostile environment, where transportation by dirt roads is restricted by rain, banditry and other factors.
  • In Duar, on behalf of PAE, (a Lockheed Martin company), Sallyport constructed an extensive kitchen and dining complex, as part of a 2500 Square meter facility to house a divisional headquarters for the Sudan People’s Liberation Army.
  • In New Orleans, Sallyport has delivered a full breakfast and lunch menu to over 1500 federal employees, since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
