Tom Charron, CEO

Mr. Charron has over 20 years of general management and strategic technology experience gained in the military, government contracting and commercial sector. He is a sales driven executive who spent four years with Digitas (NASDAQ: DTAS) and helped in its transformation from a small privately held direct marketing advertising agency into a leading, publicly held international direct marketing and technology consulting firm. He has reinvented business models and developed revenue generating strategies for companies such as American Express, IBM, AT&T, Fedex, General Motors, Nortel and Time Warner. Prior to Digitas, Mr. Charron was with Renaissance Business Strategy Group (The COBA Group) and Unisys where he provided strategic insight and operational expertise to large systems integration, enterprise transformation, and process reengineering projects. He has been assisting many companies doing business globally with business strategy, logistics, security and procurement challenges.

Mr. Charron is a former Special Operations Aviator who has been involved with numerous highly sensitive anti-terrorism and counter-narcotics missions as directed by the National Command Authority. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, an MBA from the University of North Carolina and was a Washington Campus Fellow at Georgetown University.


John DeBlasio, President

Mr. DeBlasio served as a Major in the US Army with the Iraqi Assistance Center at the US Embassy in Amman, Jordan and later as an Advisor with the Coalition Provisional Authority- Ministry of Trade in Baghdad Iraq in 2003 and 2004. He is a senior manager with more than fifteen years experience, seven of which involved direct international experience working to progress US policy goals or develop international business in the private sector. He has lived abroad for extended periods in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East while working for General Electric, Philip Morris, META Group and the US Army.

John brings excellent experience around government and corporate policy makers as well as experience with a range of high tech, financial, and industrial products and services. He is a 1989 West Point graduate and a 1994 graduate of the Master of International Business Studies program at the University of South Carolina. He speaks German fluently, holds an active Secret Security clearance and is currently a Major in the US Army Reserve Civil Affairs branch.
