While the timeliness of implementing the work is critical, the quality of the service provided by the Sallyport team remains of paramount importance at all times. Sallyport has built a solid reputation of working to only the highest safety levels and providing the highest quality of service regardless of obstacles.
We have in place stringent service level agreements with our suppliers to ensure performance in both the quality of the products and timeliness of deliveries. Working with our suppliers, Sallyport has developed and implemented different security plans ensuring the supply chain is not compromised.
3) Accountability and Control
Sallyport utilizes electronic record keeping to track attendance, inventory management and performance. Critical items are held in inventory as the need for replacements of lost or damaged equipment arise while non-critical equipment are replaced as needed.
A Property Control Plan (PCP) is also implemented which consists of an internal and external property control standard operating procedure (SOP) for maintaining the installation property records for all equipment.
4) Effective Communication
Sallyport uses a "common sense" approach in resolving functional, technical and operational issues. This involves basic communication skills to discuss and resolve issues before real problems occur.
Some issues may be very difficult to solve and can be as far reaching as an unexpected change in performance requirements, security situation, weather delays, and other elements. We mitigate risk by communicating early and often when issues arise and consistently deliver the right solution to meet your needs.
